About me

Ralph has over 15 years of experience in the development and operation of IT systems, with a focus on containerized web applications and the administration of Linux-based server environments. He was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based applications and automated internal processes using Java, Python, and shell scripts. His first leadership experience came from managing 2nd-level support in the sports betting industry. Previous roles include the development of industrial test and communication software and system testing for CNC controllers.

In addition, he brings over 4 years of sales experience in an international environment and served as an authorized signatory in corporate management for several years. Since August 2025, he has been building custom software for small and medium-sized enterprises as an independent developer, and supports them in the automation of their dunning and receivables management. This relieves internal resources and keeps recurring processes moving without manual follow-up.
